How we rank

Our methodology and editorial standards — how we select, rate, and present every racket.

Selection methodology

Curated from current-generation flagship and commercially relevant models across major international brands. Selection weighted current flagship status, professional-player use, brand relevance, retail availability in major markets and independent expert coverage, with representation across round, teardrop, diamond and hybrid styles. Specifications, players, prices and images were taken from official manufacturer pages and reputable specialist retailers where verifiable; unverifiable facts are null. Ratings are original editorial normalizations (1-10), not manufacturer scores.

Disclaimer

Prices, availability and player sponsorships can change. Editorial ratings are normalized opinions derived from verified characteristics and specialist coverage, not manufacturer-provided figures. Image URLs reference externally hosted manufacturer or retailer assets; verify usage rights before republishing.

Rating scale

All ratings are on a 1–10 scale, where 10 is the highest. Ratings cover power, control, comfort, forgiveness, maneuverability, spin, sweet spot, defense, attack, and an overall score. Ratings are editorial normalizations based on verified specifications and specialist coverage — not manufacturer-provided figures.

Null handling

Many fields are null where data could not be verified. We never display "null" — unverified fields show an em dash (—) or are hidden entirely.
